From prototype to finished product, we worked with Willo Perron to bring his Dino collection to life. We utilized CNC technology to create the desired curves and shapes out of high-density foam. After assembly and a reinforcing stage, the pieces are finished with a traditional Moroccan plastering technique called Tadelakt which uses natural lime-based material to create a smooth, waterproof, and highly polished surface. The technique involves several stages of application and finishing to create a unique and durable finish.
